This is the place that should have delivered my gas for the last 2 months. It’s the coldest January in 14 years and tonight we run out of gas. No reply to calls, emails, online requests, just get texts saying they won’t make scheduled delivery. Called the Emergency phone line today, still nothing.

I waited 10 days for a delivery. Saw the driver outside looking at his paperwork, ran out and he had driven off. Phoned the office and they said he had asked someone where I was. Which is an outright lie as I practically saw him pull up,and I have a 6 foot sign with my name on next to where he was parked. I needed this gas for an 80 year old friend that has just come out of hospital. I now had to use another company to get a cylinder. I had phoned the woman in the morning to ask if she needed my number in case the driver couldn't find me. She said he will phone the office if if he can't find you. This driver and woman in office need sacking . This company is a disgrace to Calor and do not care about customer service.

Shocking service. Gas paid for 1 month ago and despite being given 3 dates for delivery nothing arrived. Good luck if you attempt to call the depot as nobody answers the phone or returns calls. You could try an email but that doesnt work either . Reading other reviews it appears this scenario is not unusual apart from being told that the driver was missing .

Ordered from three times, every time issue with delivery, every delivery date missed, now sitting at home with no gas as they missed the scheduled delivery date
